Yes. The programme is built around your specific awarded contract — including all amendments, conditions, special provisions and departures from the base standard form. We do not use generic case studies or sample contracts.
Ideally within the first four weeks after contract award, before project execution accelerates. This allows the team to understand their obligations, identify key notice requirements, and establish proper documentation and authority protocols from day one.
The programme is designed for the project delivery team — project managers, contract managers, commercial managers, quantity surveyors, planning engineers, site engineers and any team member who makes decisions under the contract.
EUREKA covers all major standard forms including FIDIC (Red, Yellow, Silver, White Books), PAM, JKR, CIDB and bespoke contracts. It is applicable under Common Law, Civil Law and Sharia+ Construction Law jurisdictions.
