Construction Law is influenced by the legal system of the country or region where the project is located. For example, construction law in the United States is based on the common law system, while construction law in Saudi Arabia is based on the Sharia law system, and construction law in France is based on the civil law system.
Each legal system has its own principles, rules, and precedents that affect how construction law is applied and interpreted, Therefore, it is important for construction professionals to have a good understanding of the legal system and the construction law of the jurisdiction where they work or intend to work. This is the main aim of this group.
I will be inviting top notch claims and planning professionals to bring value to the group. They are in my opinion one of the best in their field of expertise and they have agreed to participate and give their views on any queries that members does raise up for discussions.
