HQCONTROL Bookstore sells only construction law e-books. We do not sell general law, corporate law, criminal law, family law or any other legal topic. Our entire catalogue addresses the specific problems that arise when people administer, interpret and dispute construction contracts.
The intended readers include contractors, consultants, quantity surveyors, engineers, contract administrators, adjudicators, arbitrators, lawyers, employers, academics and students. Every book in the catalogue is written or supervised by practitioners with direct experience of construction-law practice. We do not publish speculative or academic commentary that has no bearing on real contract administration. Every book states its legal currency date — the date to which the law, cases and authorities have been verified — so the reader knows exactly how current the content is.

We sell licences to access and use each book — not merely files. A licence defines who may use the work and in what context. This allows us to offer fair pricing for individuals, professional teams and institutional users. The licence expressly prohibits indiscriminate circulation while permitting legitimate personal and professional use.
